We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns and exchanges due to sizing issues must be requested within 30 days from date of purchase and must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. 

An RMA number must be requested by contacting [email protected] . Your RMA must be included with returned items when shipping any items to our returns department. Returning your purchase without requesting and receiving an RMA may result in your item not being received and your refund or exchange not being processed. Our returns department address is:

All returns and exchanges must be sent to the Returns Department via a trackable method. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt at our returns department. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning a product to our returns department. For exchange requests, Bend It Cycling will send replacement item to the customer once returned item is received free of charge.
