Good Shorts
I have a couple of the 1.0 Cycling shorts and I was happy with them, but I thought there could be some improvements. Apparently, the Expedition people thought so too. Instead of the velcro fastener, they used a button and that was a big improvement along with a couple of other things. I had a hard time deciding on the large or extra large size since I was on the bubble and chose the extra large. If I get another pair, I will go with the large. There is a lot of adjustments you can make to get them to fit you. I would recommend them and thank you to Expedition for making those improvements.

I bought these shorts as a gift for my husband. He wore them for the first time today on ride. They look great! The fabric is very nice—durable, but not too heavy. .My husband likes the adjustability of the waistband and leg openings. The zipper pockets are purposefully placed for comfort while riding, as well as convenient access! We are both very pleased with our purchase! We also experienced over-and-above customer service from Bend It Cycling in helping us get our order, after experiencing a mail hold up. Thank you, very much!

Amazing shorts for the recumbent rider
I had bought 2 pairs of these shorts at the Recumbent Convention about 5 years ago. They were the original design. I LOVED them. They are the perfect short for a recumbent rider with pockets where you need them and zippers that are positioned perfectly to allow you to open and close them with one hand. I am still wearing the originals, but I wanted to pick up a blue set. Didn't think it was possible, but the new design is even better! THe old shorts had a zipper that went all the way to the top of the shorts, closed with a velcro tab and then there was a larger velcro tab to hold the pants up. Thiss design had one flaw, when you needed to go to the restroom and unzipped, BOTH velcro tabs would come loose. You basically had to hold the pants up and then readjust everything after you were finished. The new design has a button tab holding the pants up so the pants stay in place and doesn't create the same issue. In addition, there is extra mesh to help airflow as you ride. They are DEFINITELY worth the money!
